Description:

When setting up Venia, @paliarush observed that the store homepage launches by default, but we don't have CMS pages implemented.

We need Buildpack to note the supported page types when building the RootComponents manifest, and then ask the store for example URLs of each of those page types, and show them in a list in the console.

This will require a Web API endpoint which would be an addition to the other endpoints specified in venia-pwa-concept/41.
