Use the same id for the notes panel as in QSO edit view to avoid conflict with the textarea

While testing Spanish translations #825 , I realized a lot of labels were wrong.
I fixed all of the form labels from QSO 'index' and 'edit' views. When I finished the edit view, I noticed the edit_ajax is almost identical but it has also wrong label
forproperties
