Fix compilation issues in latest alpine image

The last alpine update (3.23) has moved from gcc 14 to 15, and perhaps other things that are relevant for compiling C++. This has caused a bunch of headaches with some command-line tools that I use in the docker image, including:

• Preventing installation of primer3-py: Cannot compile in python:3.12-alpine3.23 libnano/primer3-py#165
• Preventing compiling of MARS: manulera/MARS@a371e70
• Preventing compiling of MAFFT: https://gitlab.com/sysimm/mafft/-/merge_requests/3

The current PR fixes that. Hopefully libnano/primer3-py#166 is merged and I can add the new release as a dependency
