Integration test which walks through the happy path of cross-device verification.
Starts with a couple of refactors: review commits separately.
Includes a python script to generate some test data, because I feel like I want to be able to extend the test data in future without starting again, and because I can't find a sensible ed25519 implementation in javascript. Feel free to tell me there's a better way.
