Test in current master repo has an error (test_Set_Locale)

**Describe the bug**
The test is calling the about route. First the result is correct `http://localhost/about`. The setLocale('es') is called but the route is still with 'about' instead of 'acerca'.

**To Reproduce**
Start the test with composer test
