Scrollbar covers cursor #2392

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce
Create a line too long to fit entirely on the screen, then create enough lines that the scrollbar (must be enabled) appears. Navigating to the end of the long line now leaves the cursor hidden beneath the scrollbar.
In the image below, the cursor is at the end of line 1 (just after the 7).
