Why were all Docs removed? Please restore or provide replacements

It looks like #307 merged 3 days ago removed a large set of useful documentation (apparently all docs).

But many Markdown files in this repo still link to those docs, and those links are now broken. I can’t find any replacement URLs.
Why were the docs removed?
Where are the new locations (if any)?
Please restore the docs or provide replacement addresses and fix/redirect existing links.

There is a link to Microsoft Learn in the repo https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/ai-foundry/foundry-local/?view=foundry-classic. The docs that we hosted in GitHub were getting out-of-sync with the up-to-date docs on Learn.

I'll go through any links in the repo and update to learn.
