Currently, vscode.d.ts is fetched by postInstall script. The install script of vscode module will be retired by replacement of @types/vscode. All VS Code extensions under our control should be updated with this change.

Currently (19/03/19), @types/vscode only contains v0.14.0 to v0.17.0 (see here), we need wait for later version typings.

Update: all types of vscode have been shipped. I will move all extensions under our control to the new typings.
