Type: Bug

Found verifying #15635

  1. Open settings and search python opt

bug
The python.experiments.optInto and python.experiments.optOutFrom settings both have links that are not actually clickable

Screenshot 2023-01-26 at 10 47 20 AM

The settings likly just need to be rendered as markdown (although it would be better to use a proper link with a title too: [some text](https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-python/wiki/AB-Experiments))
