How to help us?

Logs

We may ask you to provide us some Mollie logs of your Shopware system. You can find these in the Shopware Backend as visible on the screenshot.

The Mollie logs appear in a separate log file. Please select a file: "mollie_..." see the logs. There are different files, depending on the environment (production, ...) as well as a single file for a specific date.

If you want to get more insight on upcoming events and errors you might want to open your plugin configuration and set the Log Level as low as possible (DEBUG). Please consider this will use more disk space.

Please keep in mind, that only logs of usually the last 14 days are kept by Shopware.
