[Bug]Tab Tray: Open Tabs media controls aren't displayed

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to audiomack.com and play a song
2. Tap the Tab Tray
3. Check the audiomack open tab

Expected behavior

Audiomack's media controls and state should be displayed in the Tab Tray

Actual behavior

The media controls and state aren't displayed in the Tab Tray

Device information

• Android device:
  • Google Pixel 3a (Android 10)
  • Huawei Mate 20 Lite (Android 9)
  • OnePlus A3 (Android 6.0.1)
• Fenix version: Nightly Build #200518 from 5/18

Hi @topotropic , unfortunately, it's still reproducible on the latest Nightly Build 200708 from 7/8 while playing any track on Soundcloud using the following devices:
• Google Pixel 3a (Android 10)
• Huawei Mate 20 Lite (Android 9)
• OnePlus A3 (Android 6.0.1)

Hm if this is only on soundcloud (and other specific media sites) then this is likely related to #4793 / #7369

Reproducible on Beta 80.0.0-beta.4 using a OnePlus A3 (Android 6.0.1) while playing the video from this link https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-53683082

I was able to reproduce this issue on Beta 82.0.0-beta.4 with Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 (Android 10) with rockfm.ro page.

I was able to reproduce this issue on the 10/8 Nightly build with soundcloud.com, using Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 (Android 10).
Furthermore, there is no notification displayed.
