Description

You can make an equirect image using a RenderTarget and set it as scene.environment and it works just fine (it becomes a cubemap), but when using the same image as scene.background you get a background quad instead of a cubemap. This one-liner fixes the problem, since it removes a check that appears to be vestigial.
