• Add native implementation for new System.Device.Gpio.
• Add new CMake for assembly, update API CMake accordingly.
• Add new option to cmake-variants templates.
• Update Azure pripeline.

Motivation and Context

• Following Move to fully native implementation System.Device.Gpio#2

How Has This Been Tested?

• New Gpio (.NET IoT style) sample.
