Build Number and Baseline

Currently updating the numbering for the different repositories. See examples in

cFE PR #771 and elf2cfetbl #51

Constellation Names and cFS Bundle

We are exploring CalVer to separate the version number for cFE from cFS. The individual repositories will maintain their versions. Every submodule will have a constellation prefix before their version number. Please send us comments or ideas.

Bootes Process Update:

• Create Bootes branches in repositories (ie cFE 6.8.x) on the week of 7/6/2020 and tag with release candidate postfix (ie 6.8.0-rc1), use github’s prerelase feature.

Renaming master branches to main

• Will rename once 6.8 tag is up and send email announcement to community. See article below for how to update your local reference
