Setup

Download the input data:

wget https://s3-west.nrp-nautilus.io/ndp/HPWREN_RESULTS.zip

Unzip:

unzip HPWREN_RESULTS.zip

Download all the images used for the notebook (this will take a while):

bash download_images.sh

Alternatively, you can download a copy of the same images:

wget https://s3-west.nrp-nautilus.io/ndp/hpwren-figlib.zip

Notebook

Analyze Data.ipynb is the main notebook to run in the repository.
