Related to near/near-api-js#1433. We're migrating to a well-maintained, secure, audited, and zero-dependency Base58 library.
Also, we upgrade the
borshlibrary to the latest, since that also depends on an outdated version ofbs58.Once near/near-api-js#1433 is merged and released, we need to bump the package versions that we use, and then we shall be rid of the old
bs58library in this repo!
