Proposed Changes

Remove the utilization statistics from the RIR list (the total, active, reserved, deprecated, available, and utilization columns).

Justification

These columns were added to NetBox very early in its development, and don't serve much purpose in the application's current form. Calculating these statistics is inefficient, and the information likely makes more sense in a per-aggregate context.

#4961 was opened to investigate the level of effort needed to refactor this feature into something more robust, however it does not seem to be worth the effort.
