Description of the bug

Also described / discussed here on Slack, I've had issues updating a nf-core module in a pipeline, as my network outage a couple of days ago probably caused the modules to not being checked out properly.

Would be great to either have a --force option that completely repulls the entire repository or deletes the current one & pulls again.
