Options

This table outlines the different options available for customizing your AntCraft formicarium:

Option Name	Type	Effect
Hunting Area	Checkbox	Converts your frame into a hunting area or not.
Height Factor	Number	Defines the height of the hunting area (only used if Hunting Area is enabled).
Ant Size	Select	Sets the depth of the ant gallery space (only used if Hunting Area is off).
Length Factor	Number	Defines the number of length units.
Width Factor	Number	Defines the number of width units.
Humidifier	Checkbox	Adds a humidifier to your nest (cannot be used with Hunting Area).
Measurements	Checkbox	Adds a thermometer and hygrometer to your nest (cannot be used with Hunting Area).
Logo	Checkbox	Adds the AntCraft logos to your nest.
Test Tube OD	Diameter	Specifies the outside diameter of your test tube (ensure compatibility to avoid breakage).
Pipe OD	Diameter	Specifies the outside diameter of your pipe links (ensure compatibility to avoid breakage).
Bottle OD	Diameter	Specifies the outside diameter (outside of the thread) of the head of your humidifier bottle.

Parts

The main components that make up your AntCraft formicarium are listed below:

Body Parts

Name	Description	Image
frame	The outer body of the formicarium. If you use a hunting area, there are two frames: the actual frame and the cap.
cap	The part that holds the doors and the top glass in place.
ant_box	The inner part where the ants live and galleries are designed.
handle	The cover for the nest or the handle for the hunting area cover.
bottle_holder	The support of nest water bottle. You will have ot put some whool on it.

Door Parts

door_lock	A door to seal off a passage.
door_join	A door to link two nest frames together.
door_vent	A door that seals a passage while allowing airflow.
door_tube_straight	A door that attaches a test tube perpendicularly to the nest frame face.
door_tube_left	A door that attaches a test tube to the left side, parallel to the frame.
doorTube_Right	A door that attaches a test tube to the right side, parallel to the frame.
door_Pipe	A door that connects a pipe to your nest.

Accessories

The accessories listed below enhance your formicarium, providing feeding and maintenance options:
