v23.2.0 wrong pixdim4 (TR)

What happened?

After running fmriprep v 23.2. the pixdim 4 of the nifti header changed from 2 in the raw data Nifti to 1 in preproc_bold. The TR in the json sidecar is correct. In prior versions of fmriprep pixdim 4 correponds with TR.

What command did you use?

fmriprep --participant-label 01 -t mytask --nthreads 80 --ignore fieldmaps --slice-time-ref 0 --use-syn-sdc --output-spaces func MNI152NLin6Asym --fs-license /license/license -w /tmp --notrack /input /output participant
