Can you move this PR onto the new api-prototype-chakracore-8.x branch, which I sent email about? (I know it didn't exist when you submitted this PR.) It will greatly simplify the PR, since the new branch restores all the tests cases which had been unintentionally deleted from the chakracore-7.x branch. |

Implement
napi_instanceof()for Chakracore.Includes the infrastructure necessary for running tests. This infrastructure is shared with #43
