It's not possible to have wildcards be an error for us as all of our internal dependencies within the workspace are technically wildcards. I've then reduced it to a warning. |

Turns out I forgot to switch wildcard dependencies to "deny" in #2682. This PR does so.
We're currently using a wildcard dependency for
getrandom. This is building properly for me locally without these dependencies so I've removed them.Documentation
