Build more options for the templates based on this Chart.yaml.

Please have a look at template list of the root README.md.

• move & change chart.sourceLink and chart.sourceLinkLine to chart.homepage and chart.homepageLine for better distancing to the sources field of Chart.yaml.
• change default template due to styling
• add example chart full-template for a full overview over the possible templates (Please have a look at the full-template-README.md).
• add regex'es eliminating multiple empty lines & trailing spaces (better MarkdownLint)
