CHANGES:

• Use bisect_ppx to generate coverage reports (try coverage anuragsoni/routes#95)
• Lower version constraint for dune and ocaml. Minimum versions needed are now dune 1.0 and OCaml 4.05.0 (don't set a lower bound on dune anuragsoni/routes#99, build with ocaml 4.05 anuragsoni/routes#100)

This is related to ocaml/dune#57 I'll need to fix this on my end by removing the bisect reference in the dune file. I'll decline this PR and create a new release with the fix. Sorry for the noise
