Contribution and authorship #44
Comments
We are close to submitting the JOSS paper, so I'd like to follow up on the question of authorship. First off, we invite anyone who has contributed code to be an author on the manuscript. The following list shows everyone who has contributed thus far:
There are also a few outstanding PRs, which we should try to merge before submission. Anyone involved in those PRs would be added to this list. Taken together, this includes @rabernat, @iangrooms, @jbusecke, @gustavo-marques, @hmkhatri, @sdbachman, @arthurBarthe, @ElizabethYankovsky, @asross, @jakesteinberg. We should compile a list of authors for the paper.
What criteria are we using? A straightforward choice would be to say everyone who has submitted any code to the repo is on the paper. Let me know what you think.
