Announcement #2: New alpha version (0.9.2) released, focused on analysis of symbolic input (MIDI)

Version 0.9.2 of the MiningSuite has been released, and can be accessed from this address.

This third alpha version focuses mainly on improvements concerning the analysis of symbolic input, such as MIDI files. This includes both symbolic-based analysis (using mus.score) and signal-based analysis (using operators working also on the audio domain) of the symbolic input. The guided tour in the wiki has been updated accordingly.

In the coming weeks, I will focus once again on all the audio-based operators, starting from the low-level ones, making sure that all the necessary features from MIRtoolbox are implemented and that they work, at least apparently. The objective, in a few months, is to release a beta version of the audio part of the MiningSuite (which would correspond to MIRtoolbox 2.0).
