Describe the feature

Motivation
This is our paper "Fully Transformer Networks for Semantic Image Segmentation" https://arxiv.org/pdf/2106.04108
It is effective and easy for reproduction.

Hope it can be included in mmseg !
If there is any issue about the reproduction, I am pleased to be of help.

Hi, thanks for your issue and suggestion.

Could you make a pull request about your work?

The code is better followed MMSegmentation norm. Here are related works: Twins(NeurIPS'21) and SETR(CVPR'21), you can follow their style. After making pr, we would review it as soon as possible.

Feel free to contact us anytime.

Wish you all the best,
