What's the problem?

There is an incomplete <-- toc --> directive in

semantic-conventions/docs/exceptions/exceptions-logs.md

The end tag is missing.

This is causing problems for the page generation on the website, see #1791 (comment).

Describe the solution you'd like

Either the directive should be dropped, or we should ensure that the ToC gets properly generated.
