- Current 2019.2 release schedule (CB)
Look into change to GH releases page - Done, waiting for codebuild to finish.
Change to forking model - done
Reach out to google group member - done
PR Template - Done
Ask Advisory board about shutting down slack channel - CB has asked this morning, awaiting reply.
Sharing knowledge on CI - not done.
Checkfiles - Not done.
Research covernance and committership tools - CB has not had a chance to look into this yet.
Look further into JS testing and follow up - not had a chance
Look into community release checklist - Not likely to happen, there is an internal edalex checklist but it changes around too much to send out. Closed.

2019.2 will be released after the next sprint.
Integration with Bb will not be ready for this release. May have to be pushed out.
Chris Beach will be looking into dependency updates before the release. Will correspond with Cath.
Swapping out LibAV tools with FFMPeg will get pushed to next release.
