Add a link to the Tutorials in the menu of the Pro platform

We are starting a series of video tutorials to help producers navigate the Pro Platform.
It would be great to add a link in the menu to promote them.

Hey, I would love to work on this. This would be my first open-source contribution. :), not sure how all this works just yet but eager to learn!

Update: I just found documentation on how to proceed, I will read up on this and make sure everything is good to go before tackling this issue.

@aadak99, for pro platform development, be sure look at https://openfoodfacts.github.io/openfoodfacts-server/dev/explain-pro-dev-setup/ and https://openfoodfacts.github.io/openfoodfacts-server/dev/how-to-develop-producer-platform/. If you don't understand all details it should be ok though.
