Propose Use Case or Requirement

When proposing new use cases to weather on the web master use case folder please create a new .md file in the use-cases folder use the following template, providing a descriptive and unique name, include the name(s) of contributor(s) a full use case description covering the context and problem that is to be solved with weather information. Also where possible relate this back to an appropriate deliverable and requirement. see here for a description of how to propose changes and format pull requests.
