[FEATURE] Ability to add Maps as a panel to new or existing Dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently map can only be created and displayed at Maps plugin, we can’t add maps to new or existing dashboard, so this feature will allow user to add maps to existing or new dashboards.

What solution would you like?

To provide a more interactive and informative experience for users by able to add maps to dashboard:

• Map type can be added to dashboard panels
• Saved map can be added and displayed to dashboards
• Map panel is draggable to change the size
• Geo data query in map panel is managed by dashboard query bar state
• Map can be editable by redirecting to Maps
• Maps editing page can be save and return back to origin dashboard directly
