* replica migration in ClusterLogAllocation must specify the destination data directory. * if RebalanceAdmin sees a null directory for a specific replica. It won't declare the preferred data directory for it.

ClusterLogAllocation#migrateReplica一定要指定 destination data directory 位置RebalanceAdmin#declarePreferredDataDirectories在遇到 null directory(caused by offline replica) 時會噴錯的問題
