Context
We want to deduplicate and repartiiton the
credible setscoming from two sources:gs://ukb_ppp_eur_data/credible_set_datasets/susie~ 17k loci filesImplementations
Based on the opentargets/gentropy#880 this PR introduces the DAG to perform the QC steps on both datasets described above
Also the documentation is adjusted to the new outputs.
