Description

Update the codecov.yml to make the following functional changes.

  • Do not require the CI testing to pass before posting results.
  • Set red-yellow-green coverage percent from 50%-100%
  • Allow a 1% drop in coverage to still be considered a pass.
  • Reduce the size of the comment posted to the issue.

Additionally, the top level README.markdown has been updated
to include the codecov.io badge and the project summary reworded.

Motivation and Context

Tweak the codecov behavior more to our likely. We're likely going to
have to iterate on this a little more until we're happy with it.

How Has This Been Tested?

Passes the codecov validator. It should work.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Performance enhancement (non-breaking change which improves efficiency)
  • Code cleanup (non-breaking change which makes code smaller or more readable)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • Documentation (a change to man pages or other documentation)

Checklist:

  • My code follows the ZFS on Linux code style requirements.
  • I have updated the documentation accordingly.
  • I have read the CONTRIBUTING document.
  • I have added tests to cover my changes.
  • All new and existing tests passed.
  • All commit messages are properly formatted and contain Signed-off-by.
