closes overhangio#1231 The preview page has been migrated to the Learning MFE as of openedx/openedx-platform#36460 This is why we dont need to have a separate domain for the preview site anymore nor the configuration setting for the preview page in core.

The preview page has been migrated to the Learning MFE as of openedx/openedx-platform#36460 This is why we dont need to have a separate domain for the preview site anymore nor the configuration setting for the preview page in core.
This PR was initially added in #1238 and later reverted in #1243 as the change was never meant to be added to the teak release but it had been rebased into the teak branch in tutor. We now add it to the main branch to stay up to date with the master branch.
