It should be fairly easy to do this. like 100 files needs to be synced, 50 files are synced we are 50% done.
And perferred with a sync speed notification so we can see how fast we sync.
Alternatively the dropbox style, marking each file with either synced, not synced, to be synced and so on...

Please do not +1. It does not speed up anything. Rather help us out here or elsewhere, so we can get to implement this one sooner.
