oxfmt: don't show the formatted file path in write mode

Currently, the oxfmt will print out all file paths with some info. I tested Biome and Prettier; neither of these has the same behavior, and it's also annoying because it doesn't provide any help. --check and --list-different already support printing difference files.

Additionally, since the oxfmt is blazing fast, the different behavior causes our formatter benchmark to be slightly slower than expected.

This behaviour was just consistent with the stable version of Prettier.

And:

• prettier(experimental-cli): Shows file path which changed(no elapsed time)
• biome: Only shows summary line like Formatted 671 files in 103ms. Fixed 628 files.

Anyway, yes, we can change it. 👍🏻

Personally, I prefer the biome style. I also think that printing nothing, like with the cargo fmt, is fine too.
