Pull Request Overview
This PR removes duplicate changelog entries from the oxlint CHANGELOG.md file. The duplicate entries were causing redundant information to appear in the changelog, making it harder to read and maintain.
- Removes duplicate version entries for versions 1.22.0, 1.21.0, 1.20.0, 1.19.0, and 1.18.0
- Cleans up redundant change descriptions and commit references
- Maintains the chronological order and proper formatting of the remaining changelog entries
