TBD: hover in the table

Currently, in most tables, I can hover over rows and cells that are not clickable, it may be a bit confusing. In the attached example I hover over the description, it highlights it as an interactive element, but it isn't.

A possible solution is to make a whole row clickable, or remove a hover over things that you can't click.

I prefer the latter. If it's not clickable, don't hover.

MVP+1 because it's weird but basically fine. On the other hand, it should be easy, so if someone happens to be working on tables, fix it.
