Silo creation does not convert from GiB to bytes for quotas

When creating a new silo via the console the memory and storage fields are labeled as `GiB`, but the fields are passed as is to the server which is expected those quotas to be requested in terms of bytes.

This needs a fix to perform the conversion for the user or remove the label.
