I confirmed this fixes the original problem in the console too. I logged in with an IdP user, then logged out and was taken to the spoof login page (which is not what used to happen). I also saw the successful logout request: |

Added a new package, crucible-dtrace that pulls from buildomat a package that contains a set of DTrace scripts. See oxidecomputer/console#1026. The logout API returned a 403 for a logged-in IdP user. It looks like the datastore checks whether the logged-in user has permission to delete a session. They don't. Only "external-authenticator" does. I think this was probably broken by #912.
This works by accident in the test suite because we test logout with the "test-privileged" user, who has the "external-authenticator" role in order to create sessions for testing.
Still to-do: I want to add more tests.
