I noticed that polkadot_parachain_create_inherent_bitfields_signature_checks doesn't yield any values and it's not exported by prometheus endpoint.

The rest of the runtime metrics were working just fine, so they are enabled properly. I also validated that the code path yielding the metric gets executed (by adding a trace line).

Investigate why the metric is not registered or doesn't generate any values.
