It was set to fail, which we don't want to do anymore.

Something with address parsing (presumably), has changed the way we return search results because now I can't for the life of me get Wall Street itself to be returned for any query. I can find street addresses on wall street just fine, but not the street itself. |

As mentioned in pelias/acceptance-tests#82, we want both tests.
