Before the release

Update Wiki Page [News and Noteworthy] and [Home]
Update project README.md
Update Dockerfiles and release batch file (version)
Update Vagrant file (version)

Main release

Build

mvn release:prepare
mvn release:perform

Goto oss.sonatype.org and publish the release binaries
Update the GitHub release page with the binaries (required for Docker)
Build and publish Docker image

After the release
