System prompt includes more tools then chain

When you use a chain with a reduced set of tools, so not all available tools, and use the system prompt that includes all tools, you end up with a system prompt having more tools than the actual chain in the end:

Hello , I tried to reproduce the bug but the feature seems work
This my config

the why: setAutowire(true) provides the ToolboxInterface even if nullable is allowed and include_tools is false -> and in SystemPromptInputProcessor only checks for null before extending the prompt.

Fixed with #77.
