Description
Describe the feature
Problem
The close button in the share modal appears after all the social media icons.
This requires users to scroll through the icons before they can close the modal,
which negatively impacts usability and accessibility.
Expected Behavior
The close button should be placed at the top corner of the modal
(preferably top-right, following common UI conventions) so users can
quickly dismiss the modal without scrolling.
Current Behavior
Users must scroll through multiple social media icons before reaching
the close button.
Suggested Improvement
Move the close button to the top of the modal container and keep it
visible at all times.
Motivation
The close button is a critical control for dismissing the modal, and requiring users to scroll
through content to access it creates unnecessary friction. Moving it to the top improves usability,
follows common UI patterns, and makes the interaction faster and more intuitive, especially on
mobile devices.
Benefits
- Improved user experience
- Better accessibility
- Follows standard modal design patterns
- Faster interaction for users
