1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

work spec: K8S cluster TiDB: 4U 8G， TiKV: 4U 8G *3

  1. Start log backup task named task1 immediately after closing task1 task
  2. Run full backup
  3. Run workload
  4. Wait checkpoint move forward TS1 and do PiTR restore to TS1

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

small checkpoint lag occurred and PiTR restore succeeded

3. What did you see instead (Required)

checkpoint lag >20 min ,PiTR restore succeeded
