create a table with more than 1000 rows, making sure that it has a vector column and vector index on it.

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

The auto analyze is triggered only once.

3. What did you see instead (Required)

It's triggered repeatedly.

4. What is your TiDB version? (Required)
