Based on apologies PR #62. See that PR for more context and notes about the individual changes.
Since Poetry v2 will only be available in Debian trixie, I will only be able to support Debian package builds in trixie (and later) once I finish this migration. So, I might as well update all of the other dependencies to match what is available in trixie, instead of keeping them compatible with the much older versions in bookworm. The new Poetry v2-compatible
pyproject.toml
in this PR has been developed based on the dependencies in PR #46.I was originally going to wait to release this until after Poetry v2 made it into Debian, but I'm not sure when that will be, and I don't want these PRs hanging out here forever. Whenever the new version of Poetry is available, I'll update the Debian package.
